The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has authorised a brand new distant work visa to allow workers from everywhere in the world to dwell and work in UAE remotely even when the businesses are primarily based overseas.
Vice President/Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum made the announcement on Twitter on Sunday, March 21.
“Throughout a cupboard assembly I chaired, we authorised a brand new Distant work Visa that allows workers from everywhere in the world to dwell and work remotely from the UAE even when their corporations are primarily based overseas,” he wrote in a tweet.
This resolution comes because the work-from-home coverage in UAE has been broadly accepted because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
