Troops kill 41 Boko Haram terrorists, rescue 60 kidnap victims in Borno

The Nigerian troop have killed about 41 terrorists in a preventing patrol which befell alongside Gulwa and Musuri Musuri in Gamboru Ngala Native Authorities Space of Borno State.

 

Director of Military Public Relations, Brigadier Normal Mohammed Yerima stated the firefight which lasted for about 45 minutes befell within the early hours of Monday March 15. 

 

Yerima additionally revealed that the troops recovered refined weapons and rescued 60 aged ladies and youngsters who have been within the terrorists’ captivity.

 

Gadgets recovered from the insurgents embody: 12 AK47 rifles, eight Cloth Nationale (FN) rifles, a bike, 6 bicycles, mechanic instrument packing containers, a stitching machine, giant amount of batteries used for making of Improvise Explosive Gadgets and intercourse enhancement medicine amongst others.
