COVID-19: Secondary Schools In Three Edo LGAs To Run On Shift-Basis

Edo State Authorities has introduced that secondary faculties in three native authorities areas of the state are to run two shifts.

The State Authorities defined that that is to make sure strict adherence to the state’s tips to curb the unfold of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Everlasting Secretary, Ministry of Schooling, Mrs. Stella-Maris Imasuen made this recognized in a press release.

She famous that the directive was consistent with the sooner announcement by the Edo State Authorities on the resumption of schools on Monday, February 1, 2021.

The native governments affected by the directive embrace Oredo, Ikpoba Okha, and Egor LGAs, which she said are college students’ densely populated areas.

Imasuen disclosed that for the three LGAs, Junior Secondary College college students are to renew 8am within the morning, whereas Senior Secondary College college students will resume by 12:30pm.
