NECO Announces New Exam Date

The Nationwide Examination Council (NECO) has introduced a brand new date for the 2020 Senior College Certificates Examination (SSCE).

This was contained in a press release on Tuesday by the Head, Info and Public Relations Division, Azeez Sani.

He acknowledged that the brand new dates comply with requests by exterior candidates to be given extra time to finish their registration course of for the examination.

He mentioned, “Thus, the examination which was earlier scheduled to begin on Monday 1st February 2021 and finish on Wednesday third March 2021 will now begin on Monday eighth February 2021 and finish on Wednesday 10th March 2021.

“The Council hereby informs these candidates, who missed some papers throughout the 2020 SSCE (Inner) because of the ENDSARS protests in some states, to pay attention to these new dates and report for the examination accordingly at their numerous examination facilities to be designated”.

Mr. Sani suggested all candidates to entry the revised Examination Time Desk on the Council’s web site: www.neco.gov.ng.
