There’s something about the iPhone X series and shutting down automatically also known as crashing. There’s been so many complaints and experiences about this by many users, probably why most people switched to the iPhone 11 as soon as it was launched.
If you are also in this category and cannot afford to switch up to a better iPhone or switch down to a lesser category of iPhone (iPhone SE and below), we’ve got you covered.
Why’s my iPhone X shutting down?
This issue is more common with the original iPhone X, the ordinary one and less common in the XX Max or XR. This is because the casual iPhone X has a lower processing power when compared to other phones in the “X” category.
However, that’s not enough reason for the device to be a main center of iPhone attraction when it comes to crashing. Another very clear reason is the fact that most iPhones in Africa are always used iPhones from Europe including the iPhone X. Technically you’re using a used iPhone, it surely won’ be functioning at its best.
Furthermore, if you’re not careful with the iPhone X and it falls on its screen, that might damage the sensors or any other
How to Prevent an iPhone X Crashing or Shutting Down
The best way to do this is to try as much as possible not to get a used iPhone; avoid buying a used iPhone X, that situation rarely ends well. If you must, do not get from a random person whom you do not trust or cannot hold accountable.
Secondly, do not bug the phone’s memory or RAM i.e. processor. Learn to clear off apps not in use or files. Once you notice the phone’s overheating, let it cool down by letting it be without pressing it for a couple of minutes at least 20 – 30 minutes.
The last and most important advice is to make sure the phone doesn’t fall off. iPhones generally do not have a good history with strength and durability so be careful with your iPhone X.
