Imo state government revokes 49 plots allegedly belonging to Okorocha?s elder sister

The Imo State authorities by the state’s Housing Company has revoked 49 plots of land allegedly belonging to Mrs. Geraldine Obinali, the elder sister of fast previous Governor of the state, Senator Rochas Okorocha.

 

Based on the company, the parcels of land have been allegedly acquired by Mrs. Obinali, utilizing Jessdean Ventures Restricted of No. three Okeoma shut Tran Egbu Format.

 

The revocation is contained in a press release by the Basic Supervisor/Chief Government Officer of the Housing Company, Mr. Chinedu Mbakwe-Obi and media aide to the Basic Supervisor, Enwerem Prince. The assertion stated the revoked plots in Redemption Property Part III have been issued to Geraldine Obinali (nee Okorocha) for the only objective of offering infrastructural services which was by no means carried out.

 

The assertion partially reads

 

“Sequel to all authorized actions taken to inform Jessdean Ventures Ltd of No three Okeoma shut Trans Egbu Format Owerri owned by Geraldine Obinali, we hereby revoke the next plots numbers in Redemption Housing Property Part III issued to her for the only objective of offering infrastructural services within the property which was by no means carried out.

“Beneath are a number of the affected plots numbers: RHE III/258,424, 425,422,420,419, 418, 417, 416, 415,414, 403, 421,244,244A and 245 amongst others.

“Most of the people is hereby being notified that if anyone had transacted on any of the above-numbered plots, they’re to instantly come to the Imo State Housing Company with authentic papers for ratification.”
