Gunmen suspected to be Boko Haram insurgents have attacked Katarko group in Gujba Native Authorities Council of Yobe State, razing a main faculty and a healthcare centre situated locally.
Residents of the group say the insurgents stormed the group at about 5:30am on Tuesday March 16, after they had been going to the mosque for prayers and began capturing sporadically within the air. The insurgents reportedly proceeded straight to the army formation in Katarko capturing sporadically and later set the bottom on fireplace
Katarko group which is 18 kilometers south of Damaturu the state capital, has been beneath assault over 10 instances.
The state authorities or the state police command is but to touch upon the event and likewise disclose if there have been any casualties.
